Cancellation Fee Policy:
Please note that cancellations are only available for fares that allow refunds. If you purchased a “Non-Refundable” fare, a refund will not be possible.
Kohlife can assist with rescheduling booked trips at no extra charge, provided the new ticket price is the same or lower. If the new ticket is more expensive, the difference will apply. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. It’s the customer’s responsibility to notify Kohlife promptly of any changes needed.
