Terms and Conditions of Use

Kohlife is an online travel search platform that helps users find and compare travel options such as buses, trains, flights, and ferries. We do not sell or control the travel services or products ("Travel Offerings") presented on our platform. The travel services are provided by third parties ("Travel Providers"), with whom users directly make reservations.

These T&Cs, along with our Privacy Policy, apply to your use of Kohlife services and govern the identification of travel connections and our facilitation of services offered by third-party providers. Separate terms from third-party providers also apply to bookings.

• User Agreement
  • You use Kohlife’s services at your own risk, and Kohlife assumes no responsibility for any issues with bookings or services.
  • Listings of Travel Offerings on Kohlife do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or control over the Travel Providers.
  • Pricing, availability, and other data are provided by Travel Providers. Kohlife does not warrant accuracy, timeliness, or completeness.
  • You agree to use Kohlife for personal, non-commercial purposes and not for fraudulent bookings.
• Prohibited Use
  • You may not use automated tools to extract data ("screen scraping") or access Kohlife services beyond personal use without permission.
  • Attempting to bypass access restrictions, reproduce site content, or interfere with site functionality is prohibited.
  • Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to Kohlife services.

• Travel Search and Comparison

  Kohlife provides a search engine and comparison platform, displaying various travel options. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of results, as they depend on data from third parties.

• Booking Facilitation

  Bookings are made directly with third-party providers, whose terms apply to transactions. We act solely as an intermediary, earning a commission from third parties. Payment and any changes must be handled directly with the provider.

• Direct Booking on Kohlife

  For select services, you can book directly through Kohlife. We facilitate the booking and pass data to the provider. Any errors in booking documents must be reported immediately for correction.

• Fees

  Kohlife may charge a booking fee, which varies by service and will be displayed during booking. Additional charges, such as credit card fees, may apply.

Users must comply with travel formalities, such as passport, visa, and vaccination requirements, and follow any provided instructions for a smooth journey. Users must provide accurate information during registration and bookings, and keep credentials secure.

• Ticket Cancellation
• You can cancel your tickets online via the Ticket Manager Page. Please sign in or register to access cancellation and refund options.

• Cancellation Fee Policy:

  • 30 days before departure: 20% of the ticket price
  • 15 days before departure: 50% of the ticket price
  • 24 hours before departure / No-show: Non-refundable
• Please note that cancellations are only available for fares that allow refunds. If you purchased a “Non-Refundable” fare, a refund will not be possible.
• Ticket Rescheduling
• Kohlife can assist with rescheduling booked trips at no additional charge, provided the new ticket price is the same or lower. If the new ticket price is higher, the difference will apply. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. It’s the user's responsibility to notify Kohlife promptly of any required changes.

• Accuracy of Information

  Kohlife is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in information provided by third-party providers.

• Liability for Third-Party Services

  We are not liable for third-party services or performance issues. Any claims must be directed to the respective provider.

• General Limitation

  Kohlife and its affiliates will not be liable for damages resulting from the use of the site or for any interruption in services, except in cases of wilful intent or gross negligence.

• Indemnity

  You agree to defend and indemnify Kohlife, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these T&Cs, or breach of third-party rights.

Kohlife processes personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We own all content, text, images, and other intellectual property displayed on the platform. Use of this content is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes.

Kohlife may update these T&Cs at any time, with changes posted on the website. Users will be notified of significant updates via email or website notification.

Kohlife services are provided “as-is,” without warranties regarding quality, completeness, or availability. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data, including schedules, prices, or travel details.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Thai law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
