On the way to Bangkok the bus was 3 hours late and we were given no informataion during that time so we were left to just stand and my seat was broken and couldn’t lean back. On the return trip our bus broke down and we were on the side of the road for 4 hours and once again my seat was broken, but this time it only reclined so the person behind was left with no leg room. Very poor communication. Book another trip.
I had night bus. It was amazing! They gave me free cookie and a bottle of water. The driver rode the bus nice and slowly: not rush. Even they gave us free meal. Even inside the bus was so silent.
I definitely recommend this company!
In general trip was good. Just few things which made trip feel bad:
- voucher is not a ticket. so you need to arrive 1 hour before to KhaoSan and stay in queue to be able exchange it to real ticket.
- real ticket has no seat on it. So you gonna be fighting with 40 other people to get in the bus first and get your seat
- the bus company staff seems giving priority to thai people. So as a farang you have to wait before thai are boarded into bus and then they let you go in.
